We are pleased to inform members that the club will be replacing carpets that are worn out with new quality carpets. This work will be carried out from the 15 Sep 2008 to 15 Oct 2008. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum.

All members must sign in personally for General Play (no proxies are allowed).

There will only be one General Play Registration Form at the Starters Hut and all members (including juniors) will register for their general play using this form.

The order of play will follow the queue position in the order of the Registration Form (first-come first-serve basis based on sign-in order).

Our holiday apartments at Everly Resort will be closed for the month of Oct 08 for renovation works.

The apartments will be reopened from 1 Nov 08 for bookings.

The Singapore Golf Association (SGA) will be conducting an audit on all clubs to be compliant with the USGA Handicapping System by 1 Sep 08. Any club found not in compliance will not be allowed to issue and maintain the USGA Handicap Idex for its members. One of these involves the the removal of all unacceptable scores from players' scoring record. Scores from courses without slope ratings are not acceptable, and these include old scores dated 1 July 2006 and earlier. Away scores without slope rating are also not acceptable. Our Golf Office will be conducting this exercise by purging such old scores from members' scoring record:

1 June 2008 for 2003 unacceptable scores

1 July 2008 for 2004 unacceptable scores

1 Aug 2008 for 2005 unacceptable scores

1 Sep 2008 for 2006 unacceptable scores

We would like to inform members that in some cases, the removal of such unacceptable scores will have drastic impact on members' Handicap Index. Some may even lose their Handicap Index. Members are therefore advised to submit current scores to maintain their Handicap Index valid.
